Questions about the plans
What happens when my plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. All codes keep redirecting to their last target, including those with your own short link. New codes then follow the limits of the free account, and your three oldest codes stay editable.
How do I cancel?
In your account under “Plan” or without signing in via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page. Monthly plans end at the end of the current month. Annual plans end at the earliest when the first 12 months are over; after that you can cancel at any time with one month's notice, and we refund the rest of the paid year pro rata.
How do I pay?
Through our payment provider Stripe, with the payment methods shown there, for example card. You find the invoice in your account afterwards.
What is my own short link?
Instead of a random code you choose the end of your link yourself when creating a code, 3 to 13 characters. Every short link exists only once. Up to 13 characters the code stays in the coarse grid at error correction Q and scans well, even on fabric.
